where to start

hi bought an onda v919 windows 10 version .after a few hours of use I thought I would restart windows to a fresh install .Whatever went wrong I now have a clean tablet with nothing on it .I have down loaded what I take to be the files from this site at over 7 gig but where now ?how do I go about getting these to my tablet ?do I need another program ?thank you .
