Ciao Angelo,
never seen before, but maybe you can try to use a different SO (ie Linux) to check if the flasging bar disappear.
If the problema vanish, the it’s a windows trouble (I hope for you).

I think it is a software issue because if I move the task bar at the top of the screen the problem disappears. I would not change OS unless it is strictly necessary because 10 is great for me…

Hi sportnok, could it be enough to reinstall windows through the recovery options in Bios or should I reinstall in a different way?

and I think it’s due to the windows hidpi scaling is bad, try to use the custom scaling (120%) instead of the recommended (125%)
and voila…. at least it works for me…

The recommended value is 150% in my ezbook 3 pro…
