Hi, I have the same problem since 5 days, I don’t want to reset my computer.
Does anybody have a solution please ?
Thank you.
March 20, 2016 at 9:24 pm #30183I downloaded the drivers from CHUWI website but they did not help as the drivers that were updated by windows were even newer,
I still have the same diver issue and now WiFi. Anyone could help?

I am using the same version Broadcom driver on my 1st batch Hi10 (64 bit) and so far so good, except occasionally disconnect which I can accept.
Did you try to completely uninstall the Broadcom driver (in safe mode), and than reinstall again?
March 23, 2016 at 3:12 pm #30544Thank you for the response, Alex.
There is no need to be in a safe mode to uninstall and reinstall a driver. I did it several times. Maybe the drivers that I copied from CHUWI website are wrong or maybe it’s a hardware issue but I had no improvements after I did it. Any other idea or maybe you can attach here the specific drivers you used so I could download and try them?

Hi @vadim424, I have extracted the official WiFi drivers from Chuwi (for both V200 and V300) and uploaded to below:
For Broadcom, DriverVer=08/23/2015, 1.496.0.0
Please follow below for Broadcom drivers, as per the readme in Chinese: 安装V200_wifi驱动须知.txt
“Once installed the driver, you have to copy this file: 43430r0nvram.TXT to this location: c:\windows\system32\drivers\
After above steps, please disable and than enable the wifi device (properly it means in device manager), or you may restart the machine instead.”
March 24, 2016 at 5:13 am #30674Thank you for the drivers and the instructions, Alex.
I copied the drivers (I have H10 v 200), completely uninstalled both devices (Brodcom 802.11n Wireless CDIO Adapter and bcmfn Device).
When I scanned for hardware changes it will bring up two Unknown Devices without installed drivers.
I updated one driver and got this error in the end:
This device is currently waiting for another device or set of devices to start. (Code 51)When I updated the second device I got another error:
Device cannot start (code 10)When I updated 43430r0nvram.TXT in c:\windows\system32\drivers\ folder and restarted computer I ended up with the exactly the same situation I had before.
What am I doing wrong?
March 24, 2016 at 7:32 am #30687Chek out whether your tablet has installed some antivirus softwares. If so, please colse it, and then upgrade your wifi driver, or completely uninstall it and restart your tablet, then reinstall it again.

According to this post: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/chuwi-hi10-turning-off-randomly/page/3/#post-22023
the “43430r0nvram” text file need to be rename without extension, may worth a try:
unrar C106(X64)–全部驱动.rar
in WIFI folder you’ll find V200 BROADCOM drivers and a text file named “43430r0nvram.txt”– install the driver with installshield installation files
– rename the text file to “43430r0nvram” without the “.txt” extension
– copy it to c:\windows\system32\drivers\ folder, if there’s already an existing file, replace it or renamed it before copying
– rebootMarch 24, 2016 at 8:46 am #30694I have googled a bit about this Broadcom driver problem. It seems like Broadcom driver 1.496 has problem under Windows 10 (update 1511).
I have found an older Broadcom driver which may worth another try.
DriverVer=07/28/2015, 1.478.0.0
March 25, 2016 at 4:48 am #30794Emily – My computer doesn’t have any antivirus installed.
Alex – Thank you again for your suggestion. I uninstalled the newer driver but when I try to install older one (v 1.478) it takes a lot of time and then give me an error while attempting to install: This operation returned because the timeout expired.
When I try to run Setup.exe instead of trying to update the drivers through Device Manager I get the same result: Broadcom 802.11n Wireless Adapter still doesn’t work.
I am so frustrated because I spent so much time here that it would worth for me to pay more but get a decent technical support where I could simply call 800 if any issue! -
