WIFI ADAPTER ISSUES

So my Teclast x98 Pro screen got badly messed up, at a loss I sent it to some tech savvy guy I know, and he managed to pull off fixing the screen, but there was an issue with the IC for the battery (whatever the heck that is), so I took it to another guy and had him look at that. He was able to fix that and get the tablet battery to charge properly, but now the WiFi adapter seems to have come unplugged or something… And the bluetooth says: STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE. Any solutions?
