Has anyone else experienced an issue of the WiFi constantly dropping in Windows? I’ve updated the drivers to the latest from the internet but it still seems to have the same issue. In Android mode it seems to work fine but in Windows it constantly drops unless I’m standing next to my router. Any ideas?

I’ve got the same problem in Windows on my A5C8. I can resolve it by ‘Troubleshooting problems’, or by disabling and re-enabling the network adapter – but it’s a pain. Sorry, I have no solution.

I think this started happening after the latest Windows 10 upgrade to anniversary edition (1607, build 14393.187). Same for you @Joe?

It was happening to me out of the box.  It won’t let me update, keeps giving me an error.

One thing I’m trying now is uninstalling Tunnelbear (a VPN program). This thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/4o0v01/windows_firewall_keeps_asking_for_permission_to/ seems to point to Tunnelbear as the problem, and when I contacted Tunnelbear’s support, they acknowledged that they are investigating the issue.

Since uninstalling Tunnelbear, I haven’t had any problems – but it’s too early to tell if it was the culprit.

Would you have Tunnelbear installed @Joe?
