    The wifi was not able to start: This device cannot start. (Code 10).

    I have tried downloading drivers from your site and the lastest v19 frpm Microsoft but nothing works.

    Anyone have any ideas? Hate to send it back and wait for 3 more weeks to get a replacement.

    I would try a system restore  but if that wouldn’t work it can be a hardware fault. the problem is that the card is soldered to the motherboard so quite hard to repair.
