On the gearbest website for this tablet, it says “This Android/Windows device is designed to function specifically with the current Android/Windows OS installed on it. Any alterations such as upgrades, modding with custom ROM, rooting or flashing the Android device with other firmware will automatically cause the device experience matters as well as void the device’s warranty. Please think twice before operating all these actions.”

So I’d like to know if this (picture is attached) update will void the warranty. And also, my dad thinks that if I upgrade it will cause problems wit the dual boot android OS. Any advice is appreciated

That is regular windows update there so you will not void warranty for sure but for the android part dual boot I don’t know.

Just in case backup your files before you do anything.

BTW I have windows only tablet and I deleted all partitions on it and installed OS from clean windows home iso from microsoft site to get ride of chinese letters and many more
