Win10 partition chrashed

Hello,

my name is Jens and i am really happy do find this forum, because i have a great problem.

After some maleware warnings on Win10, i decided do make an factory reset. But the reset stopped after 55% and nothing was going on. After this, there is no possibility to use win10 or change boot options )win10 doesnt start.

Helps a factory reset in Androidˋ? Or what can i do?
