Hi, Did you set up your region/timezone in the right way?
October 7, 2015 at 9:35 am #12759The regional and bios setting is correct. It looks like the internet time doesn’t automatic sync. Have to click on the clock setting and click on the update in internet time.
October 13, 2015 at 10:02 am #13150I noticed that the time sometimes changes on it’s own in both OSes. When i go to settings i can see that all settings are intact. just disabling the update setting and then enabling it again updates the clock for me
October 14, 2015 at 2:01 am #13211For me the Android OS is working correctly. But when I switch to Windows 10, the clock delay about 5 hrs. It seems that the automatic clock setting doesn’t change. Have to go to the setting and set turn off and on again.
October 14, 2015 at 6:16 pm #13257hi..
the following should fix the issue:
right click on This Computer then click Manage
expand ” service and application “and click “services ”
scroll down to service name — windows time , right click and go to properties
set startup type: Automatic , and click start. click Ok to close the dialogue box… Done.
hope this will solve the problem.
regards.

October 15, 2015 at 4:55 pm #13303Hi Mohammamd, I had tried your solution but it still doesn’t change at all.
Hi when u stop and start the service does it gives u correct time? If it does then we can make a script to fix it.
October 16, 2015 at 6:05 am #13342Hi Thanks for your reply. When I click on start or stop, there is nothing changes. It will change only in “Date and time setting” -> turn off and on again “Set time automatically”.
October 16, 2015 at 6:41 am #13343fix:
The main problem is very old (year 2006) driver of “Intel SD Host Controller”, they are 3 in Device manager. Only thing what you need is update driver.
- start Computer Management (hold My Computer and select Manage)
- select Device management
- find SD Controllers, if you click on it, there are 3 “Intel SD Host Controller”s
- hold on every one controller, select “Update Driver”, select driver from computer, and there is another option “SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller”, install driver, confirm restart of computer after last update install
- set your current time and time zone in the clock and restart the system.
- switch os and check again
October 16, 2015 at 7:21 am #13345Thanks. It changes at after restarting when I follow your steps. But when I switch to Android and back to Windows 10, it have the same issue. Clock doesn’t Change to my time zone. I check it “SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller” driver’s date and it is still 2006.
I also try to update driver to from online but still get the same results.
October 16, 2015 at 7:26 am #13346I forgot those Two steps:
5. set your current time and time zone in the clock and restart the system.
6. switch os and check again
this fix my tablet clock problem ..
edit.
you change all three driver’s = SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller?
October 16, 2015 at 7:55 am #13348Yes I changed all three driver’s = SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller.
In my device it show: Device Manager – SD host Adapters- 3 “Intel SD Host Controller”s
I change all 3 to “SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller”. Reset my time zone and clock to be present time.
** It works if I restart in Windows 10 and the clock will be present time. But whenever I switch to Android OS and back to Windows 10, the clock changes from 2:55 pm to 7:55 AM.
October 16, 2015 at 7:59 am #13349My Time zone is UTC + 7 Bangkok. It shows 8:00 AM. I have to change to UTC +14 Kiritimati Island to get the present Bangkok time.
Ah Ah Ah, now I am lost in Kiritimati Island….
October 16, 2015 at 8:03 am #13350change all three driver’s restart , set clock right restart, boot to android, then boot back windows.
what bios you have?
October 16, 2015 at 8:29 am #13353I did according to this “change all three driver’s restart , set clock right restart, boot to android, then boot back windows.” still the same.
As for Bios, I don’t know which version. I just bought this last week and it came with Windows 10 installed. Now I don’t have USB Keyboard so I can not check it.
