    Hi Everyone,

I just got an Cube i9 and have a few questions. So far no issues with the tablet, I love it.

    1. Has anyone has installed the  Windows 10 anniversary update?

    2. Also has anybody flashed the BIOS to get rid of the Cube logo on boot up?

    3. How well does the tablet run Windows 10 Pro?

    4. Is it possible to dual boot this tablet with the Android os like other Chinese dual boot tablets? Is the Android used in the dual boot a true Android os or is it emulated?

Sorry for the long post. Any help or tips for a new owner would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Yes and runs fine.
    2. Yes also no problem.
    3. Without any problems.
    4. Not sure, I never tried it myself, but I saw some people getting Remix OS on it.

    Hi Marcel,

Thanks for your reply. What BIOS Version did you flash?  All I am looking for . at this point, is to remove the cube logo on boot up. I plan on doing the heat sink mod after my warranty is up. For me that is a year away!!!!!! Also what is the current rating on your charger?  Mine is 12 volts 2 amps. In Chris’ review his was 2.5 amps.  Thanks again.

I flashed version 2.6, my charger is rated 12V and 2,5 amp its the original charger so I need to use an adapter that was included.

I also did the Thermal-mod because the warranty from Gearbest is not worth it anyways.

    Hi Marcel,
Where did you download the bios? How did you flash it? I know not to do it through the bios, that’s how Chris bricked his i9.
