Windows 10 came in chinese, how do I set to english?

I bought it off banggood. Android came in english, but Windows is in Chinese and I cannot change it!!!

Hm, I bought mine too from Banggood, I guess u got a wrong unit, just reflash Windows (Tutorial is pinned or in Chuwi Forums) or return your unit.

One option is to contact the seller.

In the Chuwi Hi12 forum, Emily, the representative, says “Please reinstall system with English.” You can follow the discussion:

I collected that information in case they would send me a single language version, but luckily I received a “multi-language” version.

SO, is flashing the only option? And how do I do that?

You could try contacting Microsoft support and they could connect to your tablet remotely and let you know whether it qualifies for upgrade from Chinese single language version of Windows to full international version or whether they would charge you another Windows license to do that. Only other option would be to download the required files and follow the procedure on Chuwi forum to do it yourself.

Please follow the steps below:

设置 setting—时间和语言 time and language—地区和语言  region and language—添加语言  add language—设置为默认语言 set as default.

Please download the language pack you need.

If the language can’t be changed thoroughly,  you have to reinstall the Windows with Englsih version. But the windows is not activated. You should a key to activate it.
