    try this drive, you have to install it from command line as administrator. It worked for me, it was posted here in the forum.

    Already try that by the way i dont have the hid touch screen on device menager even afafter install that as admin or use doubledrives with all chuwi drivers

    And window says i dont have a touch screen / pad

    So i am not sure what to do
