Windows 11" screen core m3 128gb SSD 1kg

Looking for tablet or 2 in 1 with  specs

Windows 10 (or 10s upgradeable to 10)

Core m3 or Y series (I hear that Celeron and Pentium windows devices lag a lot)

128 gb SSD ( since eMMC is slower)

8-12″ screen, 1kg or less for portability

Either a tablet or 2 in 1 (surface style with kickstand or yoga style are both fine, but I don’t want the coventional laptop clamshell as I may want to use the touchscreen)

7 hour battery life (light usage typing text documents)

Does anything like this exist? If not, what’s the closest I can get? Thanks for the help!
