windows 8.1 drivers?

hello, i tried to clean install win8.1 and removed android partitions.

it went ok, until i try to install drivers(win10 drivers from double driver downloaded from this site)  manually thru the device manager.

every driver showed up red warning, and i click ok to install.

 

but stuck when tried to install UART , I2C, and GPIO drivers. ( exclamation mark), the device freezed.

tried to hard reboot by holding down power button, but now stuck at loading windows.

 

any help is appreciated.
