Hi,

The key is in the bios. But there have been a few examples on XDA of it being wiped when flashed. (Maybe just from a brick, not 100% sure)

If you flash Mirek190s rom make sure you uses the options that don’t repartition everything, that will wipe Windows.

As for the bloat you can root the tablet and use an app like titanium backup to remove the bloat.
