Windows battery level calibrate and ridiculously low sound level

Cant calibrate ezpad 6 Windows battery level…  I have disconnected the battery and when powered only with charger it again shows 82% and the battery is charging only to 82%.. Couldn’t fix it with uninstalling battery management… What is the fix…?

Also the sound from these two speakers is ridiculously low… My phone is louder than that tablet… What is the problem? Could i change the speakers with better ones? Or the inside amplifier is the problem. Please someone help with these problems, other than that the tablet is very good…

Also experiencing wi fi not powering sometimes when i turn it on and Bluetooth audio disconnection and low distance connection
