    Hi All

    i bought a jumpe ezbook 3 last year for my uncle

    he just rang me and said a windows update installed overnight for him, but its stuck on a restart loop

    he basically gets a bluescreen and prompt to restart. but it just lands back in the same place

    is there a recovery option on these ezbooks?
