    Hi there

    i have a K9c6 Pro and my problem is when i tried to reset windows it began to reset normally but it stuck on ” resetting 55%” for a long time .. i tried to restart it several times and nothing changed

    then i boot it with android , it works fine but when i switched it to windows it gave me a msg says : windows has an error when it was resetting … that was the last msg from it then it keep restarting without booting

     

    please help me what should i do ?!

    Yeah mine too sucks if the battery is 50% or less in windows. Droid is better.

    I found that leaving it charging is best when I’m window.. Mind you in my experience windows hates to run on battery’s.

    Can only get 1.5hrs out of mine on full charge….?

    Welcome to the club Laith…

    Best option so far for this came from another user, Martin. Go into the bios (attach a keyboard and when rebooting keep pressing F7). Then go to the IGB Turbo option and DISABLE. Tablet is stable for now at my side.

    unfortunately i tried your solution but nothing changed

    also i tried to re-flash the BIOS and nothing changed

     

    …. any recommendations ?

    am trying now to re-dual boot the device with WIN10 images and Android ROM by the Flash tool as Robert written topic
