    When you are doing a clean install it’s best to use msft’s tool. I think you should start here — https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    Also, with this tablet, the only way to boot the usb stick after you’ve made it is from the bios. You have to press delete when you see the chinese logo when you first turn the tablet on, to get to the bios. You must go to the last tab in bios and at the bottom, find the usb drive’s efi entry name, and highlight it, and press enter to boot usb drive.  Good Luck!

    Hey John! Thank you very much for your answer!

    I already tried doing this but it doesn’t help me anyway. Is there any possible way to reset BIOS UEFI with button? I wanna try reset it, maybe this will help.

    Thanks!

    The bios reset, next to the power button, you press in in the little hole. I would suggest you research command prompt partitioning and format (diskpart). When you’ve booted to install win10, after you chosen your windows version, you can hit shift +f10 and get a command prompt. Type in DISKPART,  to reformat and repartition your drive in DOS.

    You mean you got into the beginning of the windows installation and you went into shift+f10 and you did a clean  command on the drive? What exactly did it say when you did a “clean” command on your ssd partition on diskpart?

    Try to get a live gparted usb drive. Delete, and repartition and format your ssd.

    May I suggest that after you get beyond this circumstance you get acronis and image your drive, even if it’s a chinese tablet that you are wanting to rid yourself of the potential security worries. At least with an image you have something to work with.

    I tried use diskpart command again but I don’t see any progress, by the way I downloaded new windows by windows download tool from microsoft page and I’m getting stuck after page where I chose the system version (windows 10 home). In attachment I send pictures how my diskpart command looks like. I’m from Poland and my windows is polish but I think it has nothing to installation? Thank you for your help!

    btw I’m thinking of buying NGFF adapter to S2 and put the tablet SSD into m2 on my pc and burn windows on PC then put it on the tablet, but I’m not sure will it help, also I will have to wait for this adapter like 1 week. Hopefully I will deal without the adapter.

    @Edit

    Now my windows getting stuck when I chose the system version (windows 10 x64 home) I’m getting this message “Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation”,https://gyazo.com/4064e12e06f9a5fe17a6a574bbb4e5a5 https://gyazo.com/5eaee90324e5271cf97190948b3b1535

    What I wanted to see was the result of after you entered “clean” in diskpart. There are numerous “tech minded” here on this forum, and someone will be able to cut to the chase and help you. I have to let it all sink in for a while and I’ll try to get a different perspective to help you, later

    I figured out how to fix it, anyway thanks a lot for you help! 🙂 I really appreciate it.

    I read a lot on net, people had similar problem on virtual machines, the fix for them was changing RAM size or just disconnecting one of memory slots. So I did the same I just disable one of RAM DIMMS in BIOS and it booted well! After installation I put the ram DIMM on again.

    I had the same issue, no matter what I tried the installation was stuck at about 65%.

    Downloading and installing Build 1607 instead of using the download tool did the trick for me. You can find the links to different versions on this site:
