    So after having this computer for a while, I wanted to reinstall to make it run faster, but it gets stuck at 64% and keeps rebooting. After using MULTIPLE USB’s it will not pick up in the boot manager, but then it will in boot from file. Then, when I make the USB a bootable windows, and it will no longer appear anywhere.
