Windows Tablet For £100 ($150 USD)

Hi, I am looking for a tablet to take on my travels and use as a media player and download client only. I wish to play 720p/1080p mkv files on a TV and download my weekly tv shows from usenet or torrents whilst I am away from home via the hotel wifi. I would like to be able to connect to  2.5″ hdd so I have the option of taking a library of media with me.

A decent 3.5mm output would also be handy for playing music but not essential as I have a bluetooth speaker. I am not fussy about screen size as I intend on using the connected tv as my display. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
