Windows10 Install problem

i got Hi8 Pro, i tried to set up my device with windows10.

but windows setup progress was not working, so, i downloaded windows 10 image from this site.

i entered BIOS using tapping ESC key, choose boot option for USB.

but it was not working, how can i install windows 10 or reset my device.

please let me know that and give me windows10 image files.

(i try to download file from dropbox which is attached on Chuwi official webpage, but files is not found)

please help me!!!

All dropbox files are from Chuwi Official.

You can download them from Dropbox.

But the dropbox account from Chuwi has been temporarily disabled now. It will cost about one day to deal with this problem.

So you must to wait a day, if you can’t find other appropriate windows 10 image.

i tried to install win 10 with win 10 image which found on TECH Tablets downloads site.

while i was installing win 10, i got error message (Failed to make w:\recycler\scratch directory).

how can i solve this problem? could you help me?

• i have Hi8 also, i made it success for installing WIN10 with files on TECH Tablets.

 

USB setting

Fomat FAT32, Set label name with WINPE, disabled fast boot mode in BIOS.

I think the reason why you get error message ((Failed to make w:\recycler\scratch directory) is the files from USB disk can’t be recognized.

One reason is that U disk setting is not correct. Another reason is that your tablet installed anti-virus software.

You should check out whether there is antivirus software in your tablet. If so, please close them.

Or you ask techtablet whether there is tutorial how to install windows 10 for hi8 pro.

first of all, thank you emily.

I have instruction for win 10 for Hi8 pro. i try to set up Hi8 pro with attached instruction.

everything was working, but when make directory command was excuted on win 10 setup program including cmd file, i got error message.

regarding Hi8, i installed win 10 with same instuction and win 10 setup file.

breifly, i have experience with installing win 10 on Hi8 and have win 10 image  from this download page for Hi8, Hi8 pro.

i guess Hi8 set up command is different from Hi8 pro or win 10 image file i have is not working,

so if you have win 10 or win 8.1 image, could you send files?
