Windows10 on iWork10 doesn't boot.Black screen.EASY FIX

Hello everybody. I’m new here and new in the world of Chinese tablets. Sorry for English mistakes, but I wanted to share my experience with corrupt Windows on my new Cube iWork 10, more precisely i15TCL. Let’s say i15T because I used image file with duo OS. It is A LOOOOT people on internet struggling with windows on these tablets and its quite difficult to recover. So me too got in to trouble when I tried to restore factory setting, my tablet hanged on 7%. After waiting for 1 hour, I started to push power button, restart, and so on, and so on… Final result was NO WINDOWS. After many hours in internet, I stumble on your WONDERFUL site. After reading little bit, I downloaded  I10 ultimate i15T dual boot file (that 6.4 GB) and double driver file. Now ill try to guide you to help fix problem faster.

Step 1 was to download right software like I said.

Step 2. If Android works- don’t touch it. Completely switch of tablet.

Step 3. Get 1 computer with any windows (at least Win7) OS, 1 USB hub, 2 USB sticks (one 8GB,and one 32GB) ,1 OTG USB cable, 1 keyboard (with USB cable or wireless) and huge  bucket of patience 🙂

Step 4. Extract these 2 downloaded files on your PC in different folders.

Step 5. Take 8GB USB stick and quick format it on your PC with fat32 file format and when its done, rename USB stick WINPE

Step 6. Take 32GB USB stick and  quick format on your PC with NTFS file format, rename it WINPE after it’s done formatting.

Step 7. Go to folder with extracted biggest file and find folder named USB1. Click on it, and copy all files from it into 8GB USB stick. DON’T MODIFY FILE MAIN.CMD !!!! DON’T WRITE ANYTHING IN IT!!!!

Step 8. In same extracted place you will find folder with name USB2.Click on it, and copy file from it into 32GB USB stick.

Step 9. Take you tablet, plug OTG cable into macroUSB, connect USB hub into it, Plug keyboard or wireless adapter into hub, plug 8GB USB stick into hub.

Step 10. Press power button on tablet for aprox. 3-4 sec while same time pushing F7 button on keyboard.

Step 11. It will bring menu with options to chose: you’ll se your USB stick, chose it and press ENTER.

Step 12. It will reboot one time and will open CMD window running script. Let it run aprox.1-2 sec and then plug 32GB USB stick into hub. It will start installation of windows. Let it run. It will automatically end and restart after its done.

Step 13. After restart remove USB sticks from hub, chose windows to continue and wait. Tablet will go few times in reboot and in the end windows show up. It takes aprox. 20-30min.

Step 14. When you’ll get your windows back, it will have most drivers on it. But touch screen will be inactive. You need to open device manager, delete Goodix Touch HID device. Then restart tablet. Take any USB stick, plug into you PC. Remember where you extracted your driver archive??? Ye, go there and copy folder with name Goodix Touch HID into USB stick.

Step 15. Plug stick into tablets USB hub. Go to device manager. There you will see faulty device. Click on it to update drivers. Chose to brows for driver into your tablet, go to USB with folder Goodix Touch HID, click on it, check to look in subfolders, and press enter.

LAST STEP Enjoy your windows10 AGAIN 🙂

P.S. It doesn’t remove windows activation key and everything works fine.

P.S. When you have got windows back, go and do system reset. I did it today. It takes aprox. 2-2.5 hours. So leave tablet and don’t worry for about 2 hours 🙂

And why not just install Windows 10 normally (new) … makes no sense doing it this way.

Did you tried? When you need android and windows to work on same tablet? That’s why THIS SITE EXIST. I don’t have valid windows10 and don’t know much about working with partitions, and I believe, there is many like me, so I chose files provided for that tablet here. Another problem is that there is no many options on internet to chose when it comes to iso images for Chinese tablets. So if you have easy and simple way to install windows 10 on this tablet, with all Chinese drivers, please share with us. At least, ill be thankful for that. Cheers.

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my cube iWork 10 (i15TD) dual os, build number is i15-T_v1.0_20160302. The tablet is NOT rooted.
I hope someone can help…
After I had some problem turning on The tablet I thought restoring to factory settings might help, so I restored the Windows 10, and all went fine. Then I restored the android From factory data-reset all personal data. However, now I can not enter a backup account. In the backup account I see “backing up to debug-only private cache”.
I tried to google about this issue but couldn’t find nothing except something that fix it with a root.
Can anyone please help about this issue?

Someone tried Reburned’s methot to reinstall windows? With Sucesses?

 

All the other methots looks like so complicated.

(in the files, is there a script who makes all re-partions necessary???)

hi Felipe.U can just do factory reset on windows.It takes looong time and it remove viruses…. But if u cant get into windows then its different case… 😀 That other method I wrote about, I used when screwed with factory reset and did work for me. After 1.5 hour of waiting for tablet response, I turned it off and all restoring process went into ass. So there was no other way just to restore whole windows partition with previously written method. It didn’t delete activation key and didn’t screw android either. If your android is fine, don’t do anything with android installation. Just concentrate on windows and everything will be ok. It is not necessary to use exactly same size of usb sticks like I described, use with enough memory. One thing thou, after installation you’ll need remove password request after save screen, or else every time you tablet awaking from standby, touchscreen will not work until u use usb keyboard. Somebody suggested format whole system and install just windows but I don’t know is it possible. So if anyone knows more about touchscreen going off after putting tablet in standby mode, please give some info 😀
