Wireless Driver doesn't work

Hi guys, you are my last resort right now. After a widows update my driver in my vi10 ultimate isn’t working anymore. I’ve tried to install many other different drivers but so far without any luck. It gives me a code 10 or the device crashes. I’ve tried the automatic installer but it can’t find the right drivers, out says it’s up to date.

Do you guys have any suggestions for me, sadly I’m right now traveling and am in desperate need of asolution
