Won't boot up or react to charger..

Hello everyone,

Just as of today, i was doing some updates to the tablet wich asked me to reboot, when i did the tablet didn’t boot up again..

I thought it was because of the baterry but i know it had like 13-15% so it should be enough.

The weird thing is, whenever i connect the tablet to the charge it boots up with teclast chinese log and then shows a baterry being charged and turns off again, but at least i know it’s charging. This time, that didn’t happened, i connected the charger and the tablet is pitch black with no reaction whatsoever..

Tried the Volume up+ power on button combo, Volume up+Volume down+Power button and nothing. It’s completely dead…

Same thing happened to me too seller suggested power + volume thing with no luck so I sent it back for repair seems all China tablets don’t do very well on low battery, can’t wake up from a flat battery. Seems like every one overlooks and go to there next tab :0

Still dead? I’ve had that happen a few times but it always sorted itself out eventually. I then went into the bios and turned off turbo igd (or something like that) and it hasn’t happened since (fingers crossed)

Hello Bernardo, I had this problem after black screen. Just charge your tablet overnight and I think it will work tomorrow. Please use the original teclast charger.
