I would try your Android request, but I pulled the SSD so no Android partition for me.  🙂

As for the Windows licensing, I think it’s not as messed as you think.  All I had to do was log into my Windows account and it seemed to link up the license.  So when I installed a raw copy of Windows 10 Pro from a USB image made from Microsoft’s media tool, I skipped entering a key.  Once I logged back into my Microsoft account, I looked and my Windows was activated.  I wasted $185 Canadian figuring that out.

Also, I might suggest picking up the Plugable UD-Pro8 dock.  Works great with the VCM, except for power..  =)  Gives you a DVI out, so I guess you could run two external monitors off the VCM (one HDMI and one DisplayLink)…

Hey Will … fellow Canadian?  :0)

I guess it might depend where you bought your tablet.  Mine was definitely  a KMS activation. Before you did the clean install from USB had you used the purchased serial number on that particular tablet?  If so then you wouldn’t have to re-enter the serial because… I think …. the fist time you register a new activation, Microsoft also registers  your computers system ID.  The only time you would need to use the regular activation serial number is if you want to move the license to another computer.

well, I might  be doing something wrong which is a bit of a relief because it means that its not a hardware issue.  I have another V919 Core-M that I bought and which I am currently going through a PayPal dispute trying to get my money back. I tried using this second tablet to link up with a computer and I wasn’t able to. What are the chances of have two Tablets with the same problem.  I havent really worked with a lot of Intel devices.  I am use to plugging in a device and having it request the proper drivers and that’s not happening. I thought the tablet’s would at least appear as storage devices but othing appears.

Have you tried Gapps update flashing from the recovery?

Download Arm64 stock gapps from here: http://opengapps.org/

I’m not having much luck with my, a broken sim reader, microphone and now the dual bios flash bricked me. On top of the random lag and display driver scaling issues. Onda for me have been subpar when I compare them to the likes of Chuwi or Cube, they always need so much babysitting, tweaking and fixing.
