    Haven’t purchased anything ‘Big’ from them, But i did order some Xiaomi Earphones that never arrived with their free postage option (tracking just stopped completely, They never did turn up). Complained and they offered to resend them again tracked with me having to pay $1.50 for the postage, I paid this and they did arrive that time..
