X16 Power – Boot to USB

Can anyone advise me on how to get the Teclast x16 Power to boot a USB drive?  I have tried to boot to 3 different USB devices that work (verified) on every other PC/Tablet have, but while the Boot Override in the BIOS see the drive, when you select it the screen just flashes and goes right back to the BIOS.  I have checked the setting in the BIOS and there are almost none that can be set.  Please help, Any ideas?

you dont have to boot to USB, if you want to reinstall fresh windows, in case if you dont see usb drive enable in BIOS fast boot with usb full availability,

then go to windows ->settings -> recovery

and press restart

it will load then engineering menu, what i did just press Command Prompt

after entering your account password and entering to command prompt you can plug in USB, enter its letter and type setup.exe
