    I had similar issues with my ONDA tablet.
    Sometimes I had to turn it off completely to be able to fully charge it.
    In some cases a restart solved the problem but mostly I had to switch it off…

    Yeah, had it turned off during the charge time…

    Had it turned off or merely just in windows sleep mode? if its not fully powered off all those apps etc are still running in ram… I have noticed Chrome in windows is pretty CPU hungry all the time.

    FYI…I let the unit drain all power and then charged…100%!
