X2 no longer charging

Hi I really need some help.

My x2 pro has stopped charging, it started happening when I noticed the green indicator light on the charger would start pulsing when plugged in, like there is a voltage fluctuation, and then it would only charge when the tablet was shutdown now the red light is on when off but no charge and when turned off red goes off and white led would show.

Could this be the charger or tablet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
