My x3 plus, when told to restart, will just turn off the screen and then be unable to turned back on unless i do a hard shutdown and hard bootup. When told to sleep, sometimes it sleeps properly, but other times, it sleeps and cannot be woken up unless i do a hard shutdown/boot up again. Does anyone else have this problem?

Seems like a power settings problem.

    Hi Jon,

    I had the same issues.

one thing i switched off is hibernate in the BIOS/UEFI and in windows via powercfg /h off.

As i put in a Transcend TS120GMTS420 rebooting is very fast.

    Cheers
