    Hi guys,

    My x5 is suddenly not charging anymore. I’ve tried with another power supply and the issue persists, so the problem is actually the device itself.

    Do you know any repairing centre in UK that can have a look at it?

    There is no doubt that you need to replace the battery. Otherwise, this will not happen

    I had this problem as well but it was the charger itself that failed due to it’s low quality, currently I am using the USB-C PD charger that Dell bundles with their Latitude 7400 laptops and it works perfectly, their WD19 docking USB-C PD station also works.
