x98 air 3g chinese language cannot be changed for the whole win10

hi all,

in x98 air 3g dual boot android change language was a piece of cake,but in windows 10
I tried to change the default language from chinese to english / greek but have the problem that only programs are shown in english. all the settings and other part of windows are still shown in chinese letters.(althought i do it step by step according to many ytube videos)
What i could read with an camera-translator-app is that the windows 10 is a chinese version, and it seems that even if you install different languages you can not change the whole windows to english…

any help?any files to reinstall ENglish win 10?

Just recieved my x98 3g with W10 in chinees and same problem as Vasilis.

Is there no chance to get another full language to our tabs? I don’t wanna

install another windows.
