    Can someone please help to advise how I can get my sound device back in the Win 8.1 environment.
    There is a red “x” on the speaker icon at the bottom left of the task bar. I tried finding the driver but Realtek don’t allow customers to download.
    I tried finding the drivers in this forum but the folder doesn’t have a setup or install execution.
    The Android OS side of Audio is working. So I guess in Windows, the audio device driver is not enabled or in conflict ?? I did do a Windows update. But wasn’t sure if that was the cause of this malfunction
    Anyone who is familar with this can please help. Thank You in advance.
