    Hi, that pin-shaped hole is where the microphone is. Don’t push anything into it as you will damage the mic. You need to go through the settings menu to perform a factory reset.

    OMG !

    Can you believe that GearBest suggest to do that ?
    I have already done factory reset via settings menu with no result.

    Do you know a way to perform a “deeply” reset ?
