X98 Plus 3G and BIOS access

I am trying to get to BIOS on my X98 Plus 3G by pressing ESC key while booting. I am getting “APTIO Setup Utility” screen which is very basic (only MAIN and BIOS tabs, most options greyed out anyway). How can I get other tabs and options (Advanced, for example) ? What am I doing wrong ?

You can’t access these options. It is locked. If you search in the forum you will find several answers and explanations about that.
