X98 PLUS II (C2D4): Wifi is weak

I tried the X98 PLUS 3G first. Now I have a X98 PLUS II (C2D4). It is not too expensive, it is handy but has a weak point: wifi sucks. It is so weak that I cannot use it as I use other wifi items, mobiles or tablets. Low or no data transfer.  There has been discussion about this issue. But I would like to focus on it in this thread. I assume what I have read and tested. Proposed solutions:

• Hold the tablet with the camera on the left – no luck
• Update driver (Windows) – no luck
• Ask Teclast – no answer

What do you think – Is there a solution for this wifi weakness?

Same for me. WIFI works OK only if I’m near to router.

Maybe someone know how to run external WIFI adapter on android? This will increase the power consumption. I have similar one and will test today for both Android and Win10.

I have tried the USB WiFİ(rtl8188cu) module in Win10. It is working good but the range is quite short due to small antenna of the module.

In Android, it did not detected by system.
