    Hello,

Sorry if this subject has already been explained, but I sincerely need help.
I received my Teclast X98 Plus II last week, and tried to use the OTA Android update, which messed up my Android part (but Windows 10 was still working).

So I tried to flash my Teclast with the custom rom stuck on this forum (my first flash). I didn’t even succeed in flashing my Android part, PhoneFlashTool told me it can’t reset my tablet …

Now, I can’t access anymore on Windows / Android. When I start my tablet, I have a Teclast logo, and it doesn’t go further.

How can I solve this problem please ?

PS : sorry for my english, I tried to be the more understandable I could
