X98 Plus II – phisical buttons issue after windows update

Hi everybody,

New to the board but reading almost everything.

I cannot find the solution to my problem.

After Windows 10 update the phisical buttons behaviour has changed. Basically they work as if the power button was always depressed. For example, vol Up takes a screenshot and vol down goes to the Sysytem admisnistrator and closing session menu.

 

Any advice on this problem? any idea?

Buttons works fine while on Android so no phisical problem… something software related may be the root cause.

I spend my same after upgrading to windows anniversary. But after the last update, they returned to normal. Try updating.

No update ”remaining”. But I fix the thing uninstalling ans reinstalling the device:

Botón HID en controlador de interrupción.

In english should be something as:

HID button interruption controller…

Hope it helps to others…
