X98 Pro Android Flash Tool and driver not working?

I’ve downloaded and extracted from the above to Windows 10.  When I run as administrator intelAndroidDrvSetup1. 5.0.exe I get NSIS Error –  Error launching installer,  and for isocUSB-Driver-Setup-1.2.0.exe I get Error – The filename,  directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I tried on 2 Win 10 devices with the same results.

What am I doing wrong? I want to root and install Mirec Rom.  Is there an alternative if those do not work?
