x98 Pro (K9C3) – windows 10 – refresh

Today I tried refreshing my Windows 10, by doing that within settings menu.

I ended up with non bootable windows 10 copy – I can still boot to Android.

To do a clean install and keep the dual boot option should I just enter the bios and boot from USB with Windows 10 image or there is some other procedure?

How do I enter bios? – pressing ‘delete’ on startup?

– there are some apps that won’t get installed – can’t be installed on x98 Pro

– is there a way to bypass this ridiculous limitation?
