X98 Pro Wifi HELP????

    Hi Everyone. I bought my son a birthday present (in 2 days) and of course it was the Teclast X98 pro.

    Everything seems fine but the wifi is so poor that if I sit on the other side of a small room from the router I lose coverage, Im up against the time clock to fix this, can anyone help? BTW its the same on Android and Windows.

    If it’s the same in windows and android then it’s probably a hardware fault. Have you tried it with bluetooth disabled, any change?

    In that case it is probably faulty. There was another user here who opened his and found the antenna was not attached. He re soldered it and all was fixed. So you could try that, otherwise I think you will have to contact the seller for a replacement
