x98 pro won't boot

I recive today Teclast x98 pro. When i push power on button it boot to Android. Then i use “boot to windows” option. After that tablet just turn off. Now i can’t do anything. It’s perma black screen. Nothing is happening. Any ideas what I can do to unbrick it? Or I should just now contact reseller and try to get my money back?

Try to hold volumen up button while pressing power button. Try pressing power button for more time, up to one minute.

On the other hand, the X98 Pro has a few known defects and have been discontinued by Teclast, if you can return it and get a X98 Plus, you’ll be in a better situation.
