Hello,
nobody with the audio problem?
Thanks.
April 25, 2016 at 3:07 pm #35002Hello. Install intel phone flashtool also! Without the flashtool I received “waiting for device” every time.
I just install the flash tool PhoneFlashTool_5.3.2.0_win32.exe that you can download in techtablets, but it doesn’t change anything Harry, the real problem i suppose is that the computer and the x98 pro doesn’t communicate with because the driver is missing or bad, i hope they don’t change something on the tablet.
April 25, 2016 at 3:38 pm #35006OK, then try install the device manually. Right click on it in the device manager (if it connected, you have to see it in the device manager as something with yellow exclamation mark), then properties, drivers tab, refresh drivers, search drivers in computer, choose from list. In the list, you have to find some Android device. For me the upper one was correct. My system is Win 10 64bit.

I looked on the device manger to try to install manually the drivers, the yellow exclamation mark is on “device unknow” , when i click on “then properties, drivers tab, refresh drivers, search drivers in computer, choose from list” i have nothing on the list looks like android device..it’s show me unknown device by default, not an android name, and when i look on the list i can’t see android name.
Do you have on your computer all the software you installed to have the drivers for your tablett ? is it possible to put them on google drive or something else to try with yours?

I bought my x98 10 days ago, i updated windows and the mirek v.6 ROM.
I only want to say thanks for the worh you do and for give all a new tablet, because with the original android it is crazy…
I had a problem with the black screen and the colours lines 3 or 4 times, when i used it the first day i instaled the ROM, but i dont now why, but i have not got the problem more. Another problem i have is with the camera, the back camera cant focus and it do a high sound. i thing is a software problem because i havent got the problem in windows. i never use the camera in the tablet and when i will do, i can use windows, but i want to ask here because i want to be sure that it can be a software problem and it isnt the camera hardware.
Tanks everyone!!
April 25, 2016 at 5:20 pm #35025Hmmm… Try to remember… First time my PC didn’t recognize the tablet just like yours. Then I started Android again, switched off, then put the tablet in DNX fastboot mode, and second time the PC recognized it as AD android device or something similar with yellow exclamation mark. Then I was able to refresh the driver as I described. The flashtool was not installed yet, Mirek’s flasher just turned to red and still waiting for device. I installed intel flashtool, and everything went without a problem. Of course with Mirek’s flasher.

I did what you tell me with the last version of flashtool, i reinstall everything, restart the computer, put the tablett on dnx mode, connect the tablette on pc, but always the same unknow device, anithing wich look likes android name, and impossible to update the driver of this unknow device :/ :/ :/ :/
Do you have the same bios and the same settings bios as me?
April 25, 2016 at 7:59 pm #35040Mine is K9C6 device, I don’t really know the BIOS version. I didn’t try to step into BIOS. I received the tablet last week, bought from banggood. Maybe it’s 1.14, because all the recently bought tablets had come with this version.
April 25, 2016 at 8:14 pm #35047It’s the same as mine, i don’t know what i could try else. I’m going to sleep, perhaps tomorrow will have a solution 😀

from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2268532 looks like you should be able to temp disable root to run apps that require unrooted device. Give it a go
April 26, 2016 at 1:51 pm #35146After a good night, i have some news for my problem, this morning i decided to find a shop where they sell android tablett in paris, i find one, and take my tablett and computer and go to the shop. I talked with the guy, explain my problem, that my tablett is not recognized in any computer.
He told me, i’m a teclast dealer 😉 he took my tablett, plug in his computer, the same issue as my computer, with the same error :/
He take one teclast new tablett, plug in his computer, directly windows install the driver. So my problem is an hardware issue :/
I have no chance, my problem is that the micro usb port can charge the tablett, but there is a problem with the otg& data port.
I let my tablett in the shop, the guy is going to have a look if he can repair the micro usb port or change it.
I spend 3 days with your help to solve what i was thinging a software issue, but it was an hardware one 😀
