    Hello,

    my laptop wont install the synaptics driver correctly. I can’t see the Device Settings for synaptics in the mouse properties and i have no synaptics tray symbol. I tried to install the drivers from the xioami website but it still doesn’t show up. Right now, my trackpad works but sometimes it will not react to my fingers. Theres something wrong with the drivers. In the device manager it shows Synaptics SMBus Touchpad and is correctly installed. Please help.

    Hi,

    Maybe this can help you out.Tested on my Xiaomi 12 2017

    • click the start button
    • Type Control
    • Click Control Panel
    • Select Hardware and sound
    • Normally you can access the Synaptics settings from there. Synaptics ClickPad V4
