    None of that is available in the bios. It’s very much locked down. Only secure boot, passwords, boot order etc. Basic essential stuff.

    That’s a bummer.

    I’ve found some info here that shows I should still be able to undervolt and increase the TDP in Linux.  It’s a bit more challenging than just using XTU, but it should work.
