yepo 737a freeze with error 41

Hi all,

i have a problem with my ultrabook: when i use with internal battery i have no problem, with games, with normal web browser navigation and with the stress test.

When i plug the 2 different power charge (unfortunately not original, broken) but with same voltage, if i use with games or normal use it work normally, when i stop to use after 10 minutes the ultrabook freeze and only solution is force stopping with power button

Windows error is 41

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly

 

Anyone can help me?

I have the same issue.  Started about a week ago.  Freezes up after 10 minutes while plugged in and not in use.  Have to do a hard shut down, holding the power button down.  Sometimes it just reboots if I leave it long enough, and I have to sign back in as user and reload chrome browser tabs.  I feel it is a driver issue, not a hardware issue, but I have no idea where to begin looking.  I have set all sleep, hibernate, screen off, usb wake etc. to 0 or never, but it hasn’t helped.

Suggestions?

i have installed a program that automatically moved mouse ever 20 second ( 10 pixel moviment)..i resolved with this little workaround
