I have 2 Teclast X98 Plus II (C2D6) and both are very slow with WIN10.

Yes on some videos it seams “fast”, but there is pretty sure nothing installed on WIN10.

Therefore I only use the Android part.

 

And you dont get any help from Teclast, so you better stay away from this company/products.

Well, physics can not lie… will mean, with a certain amount of volume battery, you will get a certain amount of mAh.

Less brings you less, more brings you more… no place for witchcraft…

In my opinion, teclast lies where they can (crapy company) and so I think, you maybe have 6-7K mAh, but never 8K.

Very esay test, my 7K mAh spare battery from ALIExpress was taged as a 7K mAh and has around 6,5K mAh and last around 13h without new charging.

How is your battery doing (less than 13h or more)?

So you have a newer revision with your C2D8 and it seems, that teclast bild in another type of battery (with less volume, so less mAh).

My C2D6 had a full size battery… which has blown up (btw) you can find the thread with pictures in this section.

What is your model of X98 Plus II?

It is printed of the back of your tablet (e.g. C2D6 or so).

@apparao, my new battery last 13h… so yours is maybe defect or you have to many apps/wifi in use?

Have you try my setting:

brightness: 2nd lowest Level

During none using time: flightmodus and standby

 

@Subte, after 3 loading cycles, AccuBattery tells me “estaimated capacitiy: 6.759 mAh

Hello Jon,

even if you find one with 4mm (Space is available in the Teclast X98 Plus II), it brings you instead 3000mAh (with 3,2mm)  3750mAH = 25% more, you still need to charge every day.

But please, give us a hint, when and where you find one.

Two more screenshots about the battery time.

My Settings:

brightness: 2nd lowest Level

During none using time: flightmodus and standby

Result: 4h charging + 13h usage = 17h total time with the new battery (the steps in the line belongs to my usage… only mail + gaming)

Hello all,

I got the new battery and changed it with the broken orig. one.

The new battery has not 8600mAh (like printed on), the battery has 3000mAh, which gives you one day capacity (with having flightmodus in the unused time).

Also you have to know, that the orig. battery brakes, when you take them out (because of the stiky tape).

I made some photos for you.

The battery is actual at Frankfurt / Germany customs… I hope to get the battery next week.

I ordered now the following battery (The tablet battery 32130160 8600mah 3.8V Polymer lithium ion / Li-ion battery for tablet pc battery 3 line):

Which is a little bigger as the original one, but it must fit, because there are some mm space arround.

I will give you an update, after installation.

Agree totaly with you!!! Don’t buy Teclast products.

And sad to hear… but seems to be the same shit, like my problem with the defect battery.

But worse, Teclast don’t answer my at all, where I can get a new battery, neither direct, nor via facebook… nothing, nothing, nothing 🙁

Hello Alain,

I saw already that battery.

Sadly the Teclast X98 Plus II battery QT-28125152P has the following different sizes (to your battery):

153mm = length, 126mm = width, 4mm = hight (I modified my 1st post with that info)
