Thanks to this forum,and this topic I finaly solved the charge problem.
For who has a Ikea shop nearbye the usb charger they have is awsome.

My teclast charger was charging 411 milli amperes the Ikea one 1125 milli amperes almost trippeled the charge speed,this one is powering perfectly and due to the test even better as what Ikea says.
I used the original cable from teclast but a better one is on the way.
There is a test and I will post it here also.
