Yes, for palm rejection to work you need to touch the screen with the stylus.
I got mine (stylus+keyboard) in gearbest, paid on october 29th, shiped on november 5th and received on 18th
You need to restore the file touchsetting.gt for the windows button
Gearbest has it for 406$, and the tablet + keyboard + stylus for 453$
